Rooted in the Latin word Promissio, meaning “promise,” Promisso® reflects our commitment to walk alongside those seeking clarity, healing, and growth. 

We help individuals, students, and institutions develop clarity in how they think, decide, and act - across different stages of life. Our approach integrates psychology with structured reflection to help individuals reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater clarity and purpose. 

Promisso® is dedicated to the memory of Colonel B.K. Laroia, whose life reflected compassion, service, and a deep commitment to uplifting others.

In his honour, our work is guided by three core promises:

• A promise to carry forward a legacy of helping others
• A promise to do our best to make a meaningful difference in people's lives
• A promise to use entrusted resources thoughtfully and responsibly

Guided by these principles, we focus on three areas: 

• Counselling across life stages (16-80+)
• Student mentorship and inner development
• Support for educational and community initiatives

We believe that investing in India's youth is an investment in the nation's future. This commitment is reflected in our initiatives which focus on:  

• Educational scholarships for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds
• Inner development programs to help youth build confidence, resilience, and clarity
• Subsidized education at select centers of learning
• School infrastructure support for qualifying institutions
• Essential aid, including food and clothing, for underserved communities
• Medical and health support for economically disadvantaged individuals
